Take two capsules in the morning with a glass of water and food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
*Mrs. Do-It-All 18+ plays nicely with all other Ogaenics products. We do not recommend to take Mrs. Do-It-All 18+ together at the same time as B-Happy Vitamin B Komplex or Adapto Genie Balancing Komplex, since these also contain a vitamin B complex, they should be taken at least 2 hours apart.
