SUMMARY:Mexican Beer: A Legacy to Support a Good Cause
DESCRIPTION:About the event\nJoin Scottsdale Arts and Mexico Consulado General en Phoenix on Cinco de Mayo for a craft beer tasting event that benefits the nonprofit Friendly House. In 2020\, the Consulate General of Mexico partnered with Friendly House to create the IME Becas/Friendly House Scholarship Program. Together we have benefited 24 students with a $2\,000 scholarship to keep studying at an Arizona university or community college of their preference. \nLimited tickets are available. \n$100 in-person experience\nIncludes traditional dance performance\, an explanation of the cultural and gastronomic attractions in Tijuana\, and a craft beer tasting with sampling of dishes from the state of Baja California. \n$70 virtual livestream experience\nIncludes traditional dance performance\, an explanation of the cultural and gastronomic attractions in Tijuana\, and home delivery of a beer and culinary kit for a craft brew tasting and sampling of dishes from the state of Baja California. \n          \n
